Well it schould be like after school you see two persons walking out of school and one girl seeing them asks his friend: Did you see them somewhere before?
Maybe somday Kaname and Yuki are able to attend a normal school far away from always hiding and all these lies.
Yeah I am sorry but from now on I think they should end up together...for several reasons (I've been rereading the vk chapters) but don't worry zero is still my no.1 charakter and takuma (ichijo).
